After Subrata Roy’s death, undistributed funds worth over ₹25,000 crore with SEBI come in focus

In 2012, Sahara was asked to deposit an estimated ₹24,000 crore with SEBI for refund to investors. The amount deposited in specially-opened bank accounts for the repayment has risen to more than ₹25,000 crore.
